• Travel eastbound on the 10 Fwy toward Downtown L.A.
• Exit at Hoover Street and turn left under Freeway.
• Continue on Hoover to Pico Blvd.
• Turn right onto Pico Blvd and continue past 110 Fwy overpass.
• Turn left onto Cherry Street and prepare for right turn.
• Turn right at 12th St. into the West Parking structure.
